FAQ

1. What is Dye-Sublimation?  Dyes printed on transfer paper are infused onto fabric through temperature and pressure resulting in images which won't crack, fade, or peel.   

2. Where are your products made?  Our apparel is designed, sublimated, cut, sewn, and distributed straight out of our offices in Sarasota, Florida.

3. What are your office hours?  Our office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm (EST) however outside these hours we monitor phone calls and respond to emails.

4. What is the ordering process?  We work with you on design mock up and prepare a work order based on your roster. Once you provide signature approval on both of these an invoice is prepared.  

5. What payment methods do you accept?  We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and wire transfer. Due to the nature of custom orders payment must be processed before we start production.

6. How will my order be shipped? We use FedEx ground or USPS Priority mail depending on weight.  Shipping is included in our prices unless Express service is needed.

7. Do you provide samples?  Samples may be purchased and we provide fabric samples and color swatches free of charge.

8. Do you provide sizing kits?  Yes, for a refundable deposit.

9. What is your return policy? We stand behind our products and workmanship and do not expect returns.  We will replace faulty products free of charge however all other issues will be reviewed individually.

10. What is the average turnaround time? Depending on quantity 1-4 week turn around for almost any size orders e.g. average basketball team under 1 week, average HS football team 1-2 weeks .  And we can accommodate last minute signs ups with rush orders in 24-48 hours.

11. What is the minimum per order?  We require a minimum of 5 however can manufacture one off samples as needed.  Bulk orders generate volume discounts.

12. Do you make for other brands and white label goods?  Yes we regularly make for other brands.  If you have a business and brand and want to offer dye-sub clothing contact us for assistance.

14. Is my information safe?
Yes, we use Authorize.net to capture payments and Norton Anti-Virus on all computers. We cannot charge any more to your account than you have authorized and if you wish to add additional items to your order we would need your card information again.
